I went for lunch with my friend tara. then we went to the bay, because I needed to buy another purse and a strapless bra. So the lady asked me if I had club z points or an hbc rewards card I said yes, showed her my club z card and she told me I had to go up to customer service to get a new one, I was like ok whatever.
