Well I made it to the gym again today and did my 30 min of cardio but this time I alternated my incline and speed on the tread mill. 3 min at high incline and speed and then 1 min on low incline and speed back and forth and it really got me sweating. This was a recommendation from one of my office mates and it worked. I think I'm going to continue

I went out and started working out today! 30 minutes of cardio...I'm with ya, bro!
