Nice. There was just one unclear phrase: "foreign streaks marring the base down to the tip." Streaks of what? Blood? Why are they foreign...this is a sword after all.

I'm also not sure that canon Sasuke, as he stands now, would recognize that Tsunade spared his life or feel indebted to her. That said, I don't think Kishi is that great an author, and I like your more nuanced and forgiving Sasuke much better. It's a beautiful moment.
