So a friend of mine helps out with this local refugee agency here in Portland. She posted this article to Facebook this morning, asking if anybody's got any art supplies they aren't using.

It looks like he uses mostly opaque media. I dunno if he could use some of my paints or colored pencils but still, I mean, artist? Persian? in one of the greatest cities on earth? I wish I could help.

Thanks! Will let you know. Hopefully there'll be plenty, but I am sure every little bit will help.

If you want, too, you can probably send the things directly to the org. with a note that they're for Samir. Margs will make sure they get to the right place.

Which table number will you be at? I have some little canvas boards I can bring, and maybe I'll find some other small stuff I don't need. :)

I'm not sure to be honest, but I am sharing with oCeLoT; I think it's registered under her name. :} Thank you! I'll have a box set up at the table for people to pitch stuff into.

Oh man. I brought the canvas boards with me to the con but I just did not have the time to get up and walk around the dealer's den to find you, I was so busy all the time, and my bf wasn't there with me to make sales while I was gone. I'm really sorry I couldn't help with this. :(
