Before he got a lot of exposure from IB, when The Office was not yet such a phenom, his official MySpace identified him as bisexual. I don't have pics, but I'm inclined to believe that it wasn't a joke, mostly because he makes so few IRL jokes for a comedy writer and most of the ones he does seem to be all about him and John Krasinski hooking up.
