Oooh, you had a full high tea with sandwiches and everything! Looks delicious.
Best of luck to Delia as she begins her new adventure. (Nothing like Eau Claire leaving it to the last minute. :P) What's the significance of Fiona's shirt?
"Episcopal Youth Music Camp." It's the camp the girls went to every summer for years. We're Lutheran, but it was run by the mother of one of Fiona's best friends. The kids spend the week learning music and give the parents a concert when we come to pick them up at the end of the week. One or the other of them went for about eight years.
I received the book you sent me yesterday. Thank you! I'll try to catch you up with an email in the next day or two. A lot's going on, some of it good news. Might have to wait until we get back from taking Delia to college.
I am catching up after travel, and also glad to hear that Rob got to come home. When you made the earlier posts about his being in the hospital, you asked us to send him cheering messages, and I realized I wasn't sure how to do that. Comments on the CaringBridge posts or in the guestbook? Email? I don't think I have his. Giving you messages to relay seemed like just one more burden; and, of course, he was home by the time I read stuff.
CaringBridge works well. He took his laptop with him to the hospital, but I don't think he plugged it in once; he felt far too punk. But I've been letting him know about any messages here or on CaringBridge. I'll also send you his email privately.
