Dear All,
We are pleased to announce the 2007 edition of LOGIC MASTERS, the
annual national-level test to honour the best logical minds in India
and to promote problem-solving and analytical skills in general.
Results in this national championship will also form the basis for
selection of the team that will represent India at the 16th World
Puzzle Championship in Rio de Janeiro (Brazil) between 6 and 11
October 2007.
The test will be held on-line on Sunday 2 September 2007 between
11.00 and 13.30 hours IST. Participants will be tested with Sudoku,
Kakuro, Fence (Loop), and lots of other logical puzzles.
This year, we also have two Junior categories and all participants
will have a chance to win a prize. We even have a special prize for
both the youngest and the eldest participant.
Logic Masters is not just about competing. Solving puzzles is a fun,
entertaining and challenging activity, which we would like to
encourage by providing all participants an opportunity to be a
winner. We are therefore extremely pleased that our associate sponsor
Tantrix has offered a range of challenging prizes.
Logic Masters is organized by QUIXY in association with the World
Puzzle Federation (WPF).

Practice page with samples and a set of three practice puzzles of
different levels for 18 puzzle types, which are likely to be featured
in the test.

This one was completely unanticipated. Rather this entry was for some other kinda game. A much complicated one. Something that I was being forced into. But nonetheless this mail has come in as distraction...
