Given the circumstances, I don't think the length is important. He was forced into this before, before the barge, for a long time. Bourne would have known all about it, and he recreated it.

David told me. And I agree; we have to be held accountable for our actions, and he's gotten away with this for more than a month. David doesn't seem to think that repairing him's a possibility. He's looking at it as Bourne completely controlling his life.
