My parents rolled into town last night, they're at their lawyers office right now. My sister should be here in a few hours. I went to visit my daughter at the SAFE program, the one that I have to go to so I can be treated like a criminal when I see my daughter. Only my daughter didn't show up because her mothers the one in jail and obviously ( Read more... )

However, California has this provision where if the custodial parent violates visitation orders, even once, custody can automatically revert to the other parent. Now, I didn't get this from my lawyers (the scum bags), in fact, they did everything to NOT tell me about it. I found out by spending about two weeks in the court's law library, reading all the Family Law statutes ( ... )

No more mister nice guy here. I'm pulling out every stop I can think of. Right now because the orders in place we're trying to get custody over to my parents until we can get that protective order recended. We're also going to try to force an explanation as to why the order was given since the judge offered none.

Gettting it recinded is rather simple procedure ... file for an OSC (Order to Show Cause) hearing and plea for a dismissal, with prejudice, if cause isn't shown.

In reality, it's a bit more work. Make them show cause or shutup. With me, that would have happened within 24 hours of getting the TRO.
