Oh, my God, I forgot about poor Emily and how she must feel about this. CRAP. The poor thing.

It was satisfying--in a way--to watch Alexander Goth get punched, but nothing can make up for this wife-abusing, cruel, nasty jerk, and I am thrilled that Cecil has given him a hard time.

I like the way you're writing Puck and all the complex mythological details you're creating.

I adore Spencer.

Most of the rest made me cry, but Eden, Erin, and Rhys grew so much, and it was lovely.

Poor Emily, indeed.

Something will come up, in passing, that shows the Cecil is still giving Alexander a hard time.

The funny thing about Puck and those mythological details is that I'm not writing them to make Puck have an interesting back story. Rather, I'm establishing a few things for another character and Puck was a convenient way to introduce it *nods*

Oh man, I adore Spencer as well. I'm so glad he was also in my 'hood because otherwise I have no idea how things would be been handled otherwise.

Gosh, it's bad to say this but: good, I'm glad it made people cry (even a little bit). It's an awesome compliment to pay a writer to say, "Gosh! You actually, in real life, made me feel something for your characters!" I could want for nothing more.

Well...except for a big, huge novelty sized check for eleventy trillion dollars signed by Zombie Ed McMahon, but I don't think that will be happening any time soon :/

Awesome chapter is definitely awesome!

[Spoiler (click to open)]I love how Quinn’s funeral is more touching to Cassandra than Bella’s. It’s also very sad to see the Devereauxes in a state of sorrow over Quinn’s death. I really feel bad for them.

Yay for Alexander being rejected by his own family! That certainly showed him that he’s not as powerful as he always thought he is.

Awww, it’s so awesome to see Spencer encouraging Rhys to reconcile with Eden after all they had to go through. It was really touching and lovely. That was a job well done.

Well Cassandra had a point: Bella had turned into a bitch with her "I'm pretending I don't know who you are" and stuff. Plus Cass is learning that not everything her brother says is right. It's important to me for her not to be hostile towards the Devereaux family. *nods*

Ugh. I need to do something about Alexander. I have no idea what because my plans for him are vague at the moment.

Spencer does what Spencer does. I'm just glad that I imported him because I'm not sure how Rhys and eden would have been able to reconcile without Spencer's intervention.

Thanks for commenting!

HAPPY FUCKIN' CHRISTMAS--or not. T___T I did really like the way you filmed the party, though. Like WOOOOO then something is missing...then WOOOO...but things are missing. :/

Aaaaaaaaaaaaand all goes to shit. >.< I knew what Rhys' reaction was going to be since we've talked at length about it, but it doesn't make me want to punch him in the fucking face any less. Poor Erin...poor Eden. :(

I think I saw one or two funeral pictures before this but it still strikes me as really sad and just completely depressing. As it should. Great job with the flowers, too.

Get fucked, Alexander. Geezus. What a fucking douchecano.

Rhys's face on slide 61 is so PERFECT.

That punch was so fucking well deserved.

Lucy and Cassandra for the win! I'm glad this little bitch-tervention of Alexander's didn't go well. At all.

Oh dear, I was worried Erin would turn on Puck for this exact reason. >.< On the one hand she IS overreacting, but on the other I don't blame her for a second

Late response is super late. Sorry about that :/

You already know this, but Rhys, bottom line, is selfish. It's all about his pain, angst, and grief. Full stop. Nobody else even registers for him when he goes into full shut down mode.

LOL. Funny thing about Rhys' face on that slide is that it was only the Neutral face overlay. The pale(ish) face makeup and dark circles under his eyes just made it look so much worse.

I've been looking forward to having Rhys punch the daylights out of Alexander for a very long time ( ... )
