I have to agree with the others. The table seems to be the clearest of the options. Idea 1 doesn't work for me unless you would offer doing a sort of pro-rate or trade if the recipient decides they don't like 1-2 of your sites. Which goes back to adding extra work for you. Idea 2, well, I try to read even the small footnote before I agree to buy anything. But if it a place I've worked with before? I very rarely will read footnotes they add. (I'm going to start paying attention now.) Idea 3 seems to be upfront & clear cut. I know how much I'm paying, and there will be the option for choosing which site(s) I am paying for.
I personally hate having too much choice when it comes to things I don't know anything about or that don't interest me - choosing telephone company or brand of washing powder paralyzes me - but in this case it's something close to my heart and I know very well what I'd choose, so that makes it much easier to just pinpoint my choice.
