Speaking as someone who has only browsed the free portions of two of those sites, and toyed with the idea of subscribing but never made the leap, the table is perfectly clear to me in three seconds or less.
per website. While I know of someone who would LOVE access to all three, I also know my $ limits and their time limits would not allow them to get the most of the 3 different sites, especially for say the 1 month gift.
To further complicate things, have you considered letting the recipient select which site(s) they would like to receive when they get a gift subscription to 1 or 2 of the sites instead of all three?
No, I can't make it that complex, the giver selects the membership type when buying, buy I expect that the recipient will ask for what s/he wants... just now considering whether there's something I can do to make it easier to send a "please get me a subscription for this/these sites" message to your friends/family!
I like option three, the table. I usually know how much I'm willing to spend before I make any other choices so I can reduce my options at an immediate glance. So if I'm comfortable spending $50 - there's my decision.
Then again, I make tables for everything... we're going on a trip next week and I made tables for all the extra options on our trip and how much each option would cost in various configurations.
