I got the full story about the hedgehog that was in intensive care that I saw last night. I read the paperwork and I believe it said "youths" that were using the hedgehog as a football. It wasn't, it was adults.

I spent a good amount of time at the Wildlife Rescue today. I smell like hedgehog. When you are working with them they really smell and the smell gets into your clothing and hair. As soon as I got home I took off my clothing, washed my face and hands and put on clean clothing and I still get a smell of hedgepig ( Read more... )

We had three hedgehogs come in night before last -- poor dears. One of them was caught in a rat trap. :-( He may lose the front leg and back leg was dislocated. He was in terrible pain. Yesterday was a lot of fun. Anne called me to tell me that the Harper Asprey Christmas Cards are in. I went over to pick them up. They look nice. :-) I bought 24 cards which she sold me at the price that she bought them for. I told her that I would pay the full price for them but she insisted.
