Goddamnit. The right ear of my headphones has stopped working. And Steph's here and asleep, and my spare pair (that is, little crappy ones that also have a microphone attached) aren't working at all. Arrgh. This really ticks me off. These are really nice headphones, yes? I'd expect them to last more than ten months, yes ( Read more... )

Meep; I hate it when that happens. To the scream of rage...you might be able to get new ones from best buy; there's even a bus that goes right to it (5A or something like that, the one for Lancaster Mall) if you can't get someone to drive you.

Frustrating, much. Ah, I think I've bussed past it before, actually. Hmm... I'll get out there eventually to check prices, at least. Thank you!

Well, if you just need to check prices, the awesome thing about Best Buy is that you can check their prices online and they'll even tell you in-store availability. If you're so inclined you can even buy online and pick it up in store. Nifty things, electronics stores these days.

This is a good point... oh, internets. If only technology were not a an addictive, abusive cycle of consumerism. *flails*

You know, you can get fairly good headphones at the student store in the University Center. Look back by the other computer stuff. I bought a ten-dollar pair there that lasted me two years, and they had more expensive models too... (I'm just a cheapskate. XD)

Hmm, I'll have to stop in there and take a look. Definitely better than going all the way out to Best Buy. Thanks!

Thank you for the offer! I'll probably stick to what's in the bookstore, though... that and technology isn't exactly high on my list of things-to-spend-inordinate-amounts-of-money-on at the moment. XD
