I've never commented here before, but I can answer your question --> the pics are from Smallville (Season 4), but I don't know which episode.

There's also a great torture scene with Jensen's hand tied above his head and he's shirtless, again, though, I don't know what episode this scene is in.

DUDE. How can I be watching two things at once when I has only crappy little TV perched upon apple crates?

And to be honest, Jason Teague's character made me want to vomit in my mouth a little bit. I had to watch most of that season with the sound off, which probably explains why I don't have the precision recall I usually do for the whumpage.
