I was so sad when I heard about his passing last night. Thank you for reminding me to celebrate his life with a clip from one of my favorite shows, Due South.

Yes, he was quite the jester.

He, along with Vincent Price, are two of my favorite examples of actors breaking the mold. Both actors were groomed for leading man roles. Both actors bucked the system--Vincent becoming one of the creepiest of screen villains, and Leslie becoming the cinema clown.

He will, indeed, be remembered most fondly.
