Smalltalk

I socialized with 2 strangers (m) at the dog park on two different occasions. In both cases I managed to make smalltalk for 15-20 minutes.

I'm getting better at smalltalk in work situations, too. Sharing, showing interest, responding.

I think I'm getting better.

small talk is good! it is like oil for the wheels of society.. or something. in any event, being good at small talk can be handy in some situations.

Yeah, I used to completely hate small talk. I still don't always like it, but now I can see it has more uses than I originally gave it credit for. :)

Maybe in a year I'll be ready for parties!
