As for your difficulty with it, uhh... I dunno, I've lately been trying to see the unique colors in everyone's skin and play off that (how some people are more olive, or pink, or gray... Jory's face is like every color of the rainbow on the right days!) Just experiment, I guess. I love non-skin-tone skin-tone (like those neat grays and purples and yellows you used!)

I think my troubles stem from my larger troubles of being not so good at mixing paint to be an exact color. I'm okay if I just need 'sorta a bluish grey' but for something that is both as complex and subtle as skin....bleehhhh.
