WHAT'S THAT, ART BUILDING??

YOU SAY YOU FEEL BAD FOR SUCKING MY LIFE AWAY FOR THREE YEARS AND NOT GIVING ME MUCH BACK? YOU SAY YOU'D LIKE TO MAKE IT UP TO ME? YOU SAY......HERE'S A BOX OF FREE STUFF IN THE HALLWAY?

Well, that's a pretty good start.
Favorites: All the tiny seed beads (in the film cans and tubes to the right (also those tubes are pretty great)
Tiny Eiffel Tower
Tiny wishbone
The boxes of dye, which I have been wanting to try for a while but didn't want to blow money on in case it was crappy
The little stone animals (I love junk like that OKAY) esp the unfinished one that just has a blob for a head
The sandpaper which you almost can't see which is the exact kind I happen to need for moldmaking class
Totally unopened waterproof black ink, which I use the heck out of
Pin with a buffalo on it that says 'South Dakota'
Bunch of hair clippy dodads!

Cat not found at art building. That's Rosie.

In conclusion: HECK YESSSSSS.

Also, I painted a little dumb picture for my friend Bob's birthday:

Again, colors not accurate, that shirt manages to be even uglier in real life. The picture of his girlfriend looks a lot nicer, though. (The story here is that Bob is very hard to draw, so I jokingly said I'd just draw him from the back all the time, which would just be a fluffy mass because that is how his hair is. Some how that led to him having a sheep for a face...?)

So what is up with skin tone being impossible to get right? Is that just me? I have had phenomenal difficulties with this for years. There are like five layers of paint on his arms because I kept making it too dark/purply (the shadows are still like that).
