Ahh Harvest Time

And so the seasons march steadily onward, and the fruit is beginning to drop. I am collecting apples, pears and plums from neighbors here in the Valley to make cider, wine and even flavored Meads. Well, unless you can do something with eight varieties of heirloom tomatoes, I can't help you. :)

I'm sure I could create a Tomato wine, but I'm not sure if anyone would even like it. If I did try, I'd only do a gallon batch to experiment with.
