And so the seasons march steadily onward, and the fruit is beginning to drop. I am collecting apples, pears and plums from neighbors here in the Valley to make cider, wine and even flavored Meads. If anyone out there has excess fruit, or fruit they would like to see fermented, I would be happy to use it. If it is excess, I'll take it and do what I please, if you want it fermented, I'll ferment it and tax it some before returning it to you. ;)
So, if you hear me griping about processing fruit, I'm really just griping about how little time there seems to be in a day.
