I know what you mean, the last time I was a local group seneschale I thought about things while digging up the evil raspberry brambles from the ivy patch. Those old monks were onto somthing when they made the brothers do physical labor as well as contemplate.

"the greater good" -- this is part of what I think of when I have that saying "we create the world we live in." You, and others, make a pretty nifty world, in my opinion, and I for one appreciate it.
