I know several of my friends will be disheartened to know that Les Paul died (Longer story here).

He did so much more for music than guitars, and the way music is recorded today has a lot to do with some of the techniques he pioneered over 50 years ago.

So thanks, Les. We'll miss ya here. I hope wherever you are, you're still rockin'.

Interestingly enough, I was looking up info on him last week to settle disagreement a friend and I had, and googling his name gave you several "Dead or Alive" sites. I guess now they'll all be changing their answers.
