I need to think positively today!

I am grateful for several things today:

• It will be 75 tomorrow.
• It's not snowing!
• I've had lots of nibbles toward a new job.
• The damn check is still in the mail, but it should be in my hands today...
• I'm paid up at the hotel until the 15th.

Ick, my sympathies.

I currently have a client trying to do page layout in Word because she doesn't want to learn a new program (admittedly, InDesign *does* have a rather steep initial learning curve). I'm learning lots of Word tricks: also being frustrated by some of the things Word inexplicably refuses to let me do ;)

Exactly our problem. The help files say we can do it, we can actually accomplish it, but when we save the file, it reverts to its bad habits!
