I am grateful for several things today:

• It will be 75 tomorrow.
• It's not snowing!
• I've had lots of nibbles toward a new job.
• The damn check is still in the mail, but it should be in my hands today...
• I'm paid up at the hotel until the 15th.

I had a surprise tonight. I watched, possibly for the first time, Roger Moore in The Spy Who Loved Me..
