what day would you be looking at moving. we have the opening right now and are hoping to find someone very soon.

I was thinking July 1, but if you want to fill it now I'd be happy to pay the last half of June or something. Oregon is dead to me starting June 17th and I'm looking to roadtrip down through Vegas and Phoenix for a couple of weeks after that. So, I don't need a place until July 1, but storage could be handy before then so I'd be down with ponying up to the manbar for part of June.
