Last fall, I took three or four pumpkins, cooked them, and make a lot of fresh pumpkin puree, which I then froze in 1 cup quantities. I've been using it since then for pumpkin bread, waffles, and of course cookies

I didn't know that it made such a difference! I was sure that it was the same; I haven't made pumpkin puree myself in years, since it takes so much time.
