I'd been saying all summer on various boards that Rossi knew, or at least suspected, what was going on with Em. He's got a lot of Old Boy connections and I think he's too much of an old pro to let anyone suspect he was on to them. In the reunion scene in "It Takes A Village" (and how much did I love that scene?!) he's clearly not as shocked as the others.
