I don't think it's a problem that you don't really know what you want to do yet, that's what college is for. I think it's more important to just get accepted to college, and once you get there, just try out some classes that sound insteresting and maybe you'll find something that you really like.

Don't worry too much, I don't know who I wanna be when I grow up either. My parents want me to be successful when I grow older, though I don't believe I would make a lot of money being an artist D:

Yeah, I still don't know what I want to be either... I took that quiz in elementary school and I got similar results as you. xDD

Medical illustration is a no-no for me. We did two very very big illustrations of guts and skeletons and whatever this year and it bored me half to death. >_>
