Hello, Wednesday before Thanksgiving. Hoping for a half-day at work so I can get cooking for tomorrow's big potluck up in Olympia. Need to email my train schedule to the family and then also pack the fancy wool vintage sweater we found for my niece. Yeah, if I can get this work project approved and off to the printer soon, it'll be Vegan Shepard's

The shepherd's pie was a heap of work. The potatoes ended up mashing the masher, rather than the other way around. But lo! It looks pretty yummy, and hopefully the fennel seeds don't have too too many twigs baked into the mix...
