Wandered over from the_wireless when I saw the description. It makes a logical crossover idea, and you've done a wonderful job with it. Your writing style and language especially serve the story (I haven't read any of your other stuff yet, so I don't know if you tailored your style to this story, or if the perfection was a happy coincidence). But I especially liked you includion of that infinitely useful prophecy -- All this has happened before, and all this will happen again. And with replicants, you gotta know it will.

Thank you. The thematic similarities between Blade Runner and BSG are quite interesting, and I really hope I did them justice.

This is pretty close to my usual style, and I'm really glad it works well with the story. :)

oh, very nice! I crave post-Earth BSG crossovers (the possibilities!), and this is an especially brilliant one. I love the distopian ambiance.

Thank you. I, too, am quite interested in how the BSG world fits into Earth and how they all interact, and the Blade Runner world is quite an awesome one to match up with it. I also attribute all dystopian amibiance to Ridley Scott. He's good with the ambiance:)

oh and also -- did you know that Blade Runner was the main inspiration for Ron Moore in casting EJO? I just found that out post-Paley panel. so it really is perfect!

Reccing this on crack_van for Sept. 2006. This is a great short piece which ties together these two dysfunctional societies amazingly well!
