How did you reform plucking?!

Not at all to say that she still doesn't pluck but in her last home she was in a tiny cage - outside on the verandah - with like one chew toy. (And I'm not sure about how much attention she got on a daily basis but I don't think it was a lot) so now she's in a bigger cage (inside) with lots of different fun toys to hopefully amuse her when I can't be around. And lots of visits to places now she knows my arm can actually double as a perch.
