Since many people here dislike the Birdtricks people, you may get more responses if you cut out the middle man and link directly to the petition and YouTube video

"Investigating" is the word they used. Which no doubt means they sat in committee and picked their noses. Meanwhile, he buggers off. RSPCA is like a toothless tiger; they have the power but seem to prefer to sit on their hands while giving morons like this bloke ample time to make other arrangements.

I didn't realize that, on top of every other thing wrong with this situation, that was an escaped bird the jackass found and that he's since RUN OFF with it. Sure, there's not necessarily theft there, but there's reckless driving, reckless endangerment, animal cruelty, evading authorities... I hope they catch him.
