Hi everyone. I am just getting ready for a long trip and want to buy a new carrier for my ekkie. What I have now is good for an hour or 2 in the car but I need something better for this trip and was thinking about getting the Adventure Pack Travel Cage. Some of you have already seen this. Those of you that haven't, here is Kiwi (green_seraph) singing and dancing in the shower. The moves and vocalizations are all his. This is one of the joys in adopting an adult Eclectus whose background (other than severe neglect) is unknown. His personality amazes me every day.

I have concerns regarding my male Vosmaeri Eclectus, Sydney. Even with daily showers and a humidifier running at all times, his skin is dry and itchy and his feet are flaky. I've been putting red palm oil or coconut oil in every bowl of food. He currently has 0 down remaining, even the new ones on his back are pulled ( Read more... )
