Perturb Your Enthusiasm

There's a really disquieting article in today's Independent on Sunday which starts off being a sort of anthropological deal on why men apparently don't fancy funny women. You get part of the way through it and you realize that it's actually a dating service for female comedians, cleverly disguised as an article. Seriously. They start talking ( Read more... )

I would very much like to see it. Sadly, there's still no word of a release date in this country; we have to make do with the terrifying/hilarious rape fantasy in The Aristocrats...

ah, funny ladies. humor has been a survival mechanism for me, personally. it eventually turned into something for theater and character voices in my voice work. occasionally, it does work in the dating scheme of things, but...we all have issues, don't we?

if you'll forgive me for disagreeing; you have rather impressive avatars, so give yourself lots more credit. anyone who can switch between drew barrymore and larry david in such an effortless manner - and make it work - deserves accolades.

if anyone needs a new avatar...it would be me. for now: seth green, jason lee (and his mustache), and rik mayall will do.
