That picture is lovely. I still think that up until half an hour before the end of the final film Harry/Hermione could still have been canon. And should have been. *ahem*

Yup. The movie folk took Harry and his leading lady right to the very brink of where they could go without blasting Rowling's beloved official Wedlocked Weasleys into smithereens. Ending up making the official relationships look even poorer and the epilogue even more of a slapped-on afterthought.
