And, for those that want it, here is the pad thai recipe. It's officially called "Quick & Light Pad Thai," although it's not as quick as the recipe makes it out to be, and I have no idea if it is indeed any lighter than normal pad thai. When do you think you might have access to a wok next? And would that wok be located in Illinois?

Unsure of when wok access may occur; it's sort of dependent on job things. If things are going well, it will be in nyc and probably purchased in Chinatown; if things are going poorly, it'll be in IL, yes.
