First Chiropractic Adjustment

The chiropractor has this very troublesome procedure for first-timer. First of all, the first visit was just asking lots of questions on lifestyle, past injuries, taking photos of me standing in front of a grid board, taking some measurements, etc. Then, the next day, I had to go and get a series of X-ray taken ( Read more... )

how much per visit?
if it's more than $50, will you consider going to Chinese sinseh?
I went to Everspring Acupuncture after every birth, cause I learnt that bones get expand when we are carrying and after birth it will take 5 months to contract back, the process will cause alignment problem hence backache for some mothers after birth.
I went thru the process of getting massage and using those heated cups to suck up bad qi by assistants then the yishi, Chen Mei Er, will come fix my back. She is quite good, usually if I have aches, she can fix it after one visit.

Hello I came by from Ruth's. I also went to chiro and they recommended a 5k plan for me.
Well....then I went to osteopath..which is by the sessions and much more manageable pocket-wise.

The osteopath actually recommends women to see osteopath after birthing, just to get the pelvic bones aligned back...

Thank you. : ) For now, my neck has been fixed and I am no longer in pain. So I may not want to take up the 'recommended plan' at all because to do so is to assume that those 'misalignments' need to be corrected. This could be debatable cos even a friend who has scloriosis was told by the orthopaedic to just not lift heavy things. (-.^)? Right now, with me having to carrying the baby, etc, aiyah, I think adjust also useless lah.
