Honestly, I knew nothing about baseball. It's not a sport we play here in Argentina, so I had to do research. Any mistakes about that are mind. :)

I had a very strange feeling while writing this particular chapter, and that's one of the reasons why I'm writng this author's note. It was weird to think in terms of uniforms and colors and the TV and the beer and the badge and everything else. It felt very bittersweet, and I loved it.

*sends hugs* Thank you for reading in advance,

- PW.

And yes, I suck at typing today. Even in my "Author Speaking" comments. *facepalm*

mind = mine? I think... NOT.

LOL.

Well for someone who doesn't know baseball...you got it!

I always wonder if Donnie feels regret. Obviously he had to give up baseball, but everyone has a might have been or a what if. Nice to see that he has the connection to his team and the love and trust. I love this!

Thank you. I watched several baseball videos and tried to figure out the spirit of it - besides the rules. I don't know if I did it very well, but I didn't think it was too bad, either. ;)

I'm sure Don feels regret but I also know that he wouldn't change his FBI job for anything in the world.

EPIC!

My guess was wrong, but I don't realy care. That was great, exactly like DOn. I loved the end line as well 'The kind HE wil never let down'

Fantastic, like always!

Update soon!

I LOVE THIS. But you know me I Love Don. Its nice how he finds one dream in another one. How he knows that he can do what he wants and still be who he is at the same time. I can see him helping out not only his kid but the teams kids as well. That is a great picture. Thanks for sharing.

Hehe, thank you! We all have dreams when we grow up, or even when we're adults, but life takes us through a different path and well... we have to learn to leave with that, without giving up our dreams. :)

*sends hugs* Yes, there will be more. Thank you again.

He’s got a uniform, after all. The uniform of the State.

I love this particular line!

Loved it.

Everyone has somewhat fairytale dreams when they are younger of how life will turn out. I'm glad that Don can see that life is good for him, despite his different life choices.

Blue was a good colour for him. Strong and deep. You know the saying "True blue will never stain". So very Don.

Fab stuff.
