I had a very strange feeling while writing this particular chapter, and that's one of the reasons why I'm writng this author's note. It was weird to think in terms of uniforms and colors and the TV and the beer and the badge and everything else. It felt very bittersweet, and I loved it.
*sends hugs* Thank you for reading in advance,

I always wonder if Donnie feels regret. Obviously he had to give up baseball, but everyone has a might have been or a what if. Nice to see that he has the connection to his team and the love and trust. I love this!

I'm sure Don feels regret but I also know that he wouldn't change his FBI job for anything in the world.

My guess was wrong, but I don't realy care. That was great, exactly like DOn. I loved the end line as well 'The kind HE wil never let down'
Fantastic, like always!
Update soon!

Everyone has somewhat fairytale dreams when they are younger of how life will turn out. I'm glad that Don can see that life is good for him, despite his different life choices.
Blue was a good colour for him. Strong and deep. You know the saying "True blue will never stain". So very Don.
Fab stuff.
