[The day that Tess can resist a wine tasting will probably be the day that says very poor things about her taste level. She, in fact, was pleasantly surprised to see that this was happening and made her way down to just have a look around, if nothing else.

She still wasn't sure if this place was something she could trust. She wasn't sure if there was more that she should be reading into this, or if it really was as it seemed at face value, but for right now, she was just looking to enjoy the wine, if nothing else.]

[Faith... loves this party. Free food, free alcohol, and she just made out with that guy in the trenchcoat.

She's back to mingling though and a redhead catches her eye.]

Free does have it's benefits. Gives you a chance to try new things.

Yeah, but most of this wine isn't that good tasting. It's dry and bitter.

I think that kind of wine is an acquired taste.

[turns to look over the bottles]

Do you prefer something sweet?

[She shrugs.]

I'm not much of a wine drinker, but I'm managing alright.

Fair enough. It's not for everyone.

Yeah, I think I might downgrade to a beer.

Not really. I'm not big into the castle.

Not many of us are -- that doesn't stop us from taking advantage of some of the nicer accommodations.

Like the free shit, right? Like the food in the kitchen and when places like this opt to just open the tab up?
