Maladict opened the door, looking as nonchalant as she could manage. Luckily it was a look which came natural to her, however awkward she was feeling about this meeting.

Sure, the tiny bit of jealously she'd felt towards Helen had faded since she'd talked to Nikola, but Helen would always be the one he loved first.

"Hallo, Helen. Good trip?" she stepped aside, gesturing for her to enter.

"Peaceful, certainly." And fulfilled the reason as to why she'd gone. Helen gave her a smile as she stepped inside, waiting just inside the door rather than presuming to sit anywhere.

"How are you?"

Maladict walked in to lounge on a chair, nodding at the other to Helen.

"Bit annoyed we didn't get Joshua back, but that's more wounded pride than anything else."

"Joshua was the one who injured you?" Helen had heard from Nikola that she'd gotten hurt in the breakout, although thankfully not terribly so (which seems not to have mattered too much).

She took the seat indicated, giving her a smile - and an explanation. "Nikola mentioned it to me."
