Gunn wasn't sure how, exactly, this had happened. He kept running into Wesley, or Wesley kept running into him -- the weapon's room, Fred's room. He figured it all boiled down to the size of the tower; it wasn't like they could simply avoid each other entirely, but it was still a little frustrating as he stepped into the training room, sword braced on his shoulder to find Wesley there.

"Maybe we should start sticking some ocupado signs on the door," he commented dryly.

Wes wasn't exactly thrilled with sharing a space with Gunn, but nor did he want to appear fazed by the man's presence. It was a small tower and they couldn't exactly avoid each other forever.

"I daresay there's room enough for the both of us."

He walked forward to retrieve his throwing axes from the dummy's head and then eyed Gunn's sword.

"Getting some practice in, I see. Not that we can do much else while trapped in here while the battle's gearing up outside."

"No reason to let myself get rusty," Gunn answered, and nearly rolled his eyes when Wesley said that there was room for the both of them. There was no way of getting out of the place now and doing something else without just seeming incredibly petty, and he huffed a soft breath before approaching one of the dummies.

"I'd give my left arm to get out there and kill something," he admitted. "I hate being cooped up like this."

Wes nodded, agreeing with the sentiment. "As would I. But unfortunately, we're stuck with these." He pointed to the dummy in front of him. His glance flicked down to the long sword again. "I thought you were more of a fan of axes, or are you looking to expand your repertoire a little, as it were."
