[It'd taken a few nights to get into top form again. But now after a week or two they're back: Batman and Robin, just like always. Only better.

So when Robin catches sight of the yellow cape, flickering out from the corner on the third-floor level on his side of the street, he doesn't even have to signal before breaking pattern. Batman will pick up on it, he knows. He drops to land silently on the roof above, like a little dark weathervane. Or a marker on a map: Here There Be Robins.

... Carrie looks tired. And cold. At least she's in her winter duds now.]

[ Bruce follows when Tim breaks off without so much as a pause. After all, once he starts moving in the new direction, it's not hard to spot that yellow cape.

(Why did they ever think bright yellow was a good idea?)

It made him a little proud to know that his Robins were getting along. And he did consider Carrie his Robin, despite the differences in universes. Seeing her now, all huddled up on the ledge made him feel a little bad for not working with her the past few weeks, even if he did need the time with Tim.

He lands on the roof behind her and lurks, waiting for either Tim or Carrie to say something. After all, if the three of them are going to work together, they both need to be okay with it. ]

[She doesn't hear them right away -- they are Batman and Robin, after all -- but it's impossible to keep all noise silent. So in a second or two there's a tensing, a quick spring up to press herself to the window behind her ledge and out of sight of the roof above.

Probably it's someone she knows and likes. There aren't many other groups of people that travel the rooftops, after all. But after the deal with Joker, she's not fond of taking chances. So she waits there, tensed and listening.]
