Lois was excited to get out and go on a real date. And not a terribly awkward date with Superman. Or was it Clark? Either way, she was glad it was someone else entirely.

She stood in front of her full-length mirror and turned, looking at herself from different angles. She was pleased with the way she looked for the most part. Although her hair was looking a little flat... She rushed over to the mirror to try to fix it but was stopped as she heard a knock on her door.

She was standing right in front of it, but didn't want to answer right away and seem desperate. So she waited a few seconds, standing awkwardly, before opening the door and smiling at him.

"Bruce Wayne, lovely of you to show."

To say that he was a bit taken away by how she was dressed would've been saying the very least. He had to smile at her, "I think if I had canceled I would've had an entire male population upset with me. You look beautiful."

He didn't have any doubt that Lois was catching the attention of men in the castle, she was intelligent, and attractive and if a guy wasn't noticing her then he was either taken or blind.

She made a face at him at the compliment, but it turned into a small smile and she patted him on the arm. "Well, I think I'm making the entire female population upset with me by going. I'll try not to notice the jealous glares."

She stepped out and shut the door behind her. "But thank you. You don't look too bad yourself." She offered up her arm to Bruce with a coy smile. "To the elevator?"

"It seems like quite a plan." Taking her arm he placed it into the crook of his arm, his hand resting atop hers as he led her down the hallway.

Once they reached the elevator, Bruce pressed the button for down, turning toward Lois, "So what have you been up to since we last spoke?"
