Unfortunately, Bart is difficult to impress.

He will, however, try it. He feels pretty stupid, though.

But Bart wasn't vibrating fast enough.

"No, Bart, look.." He sighed, frustrated with himself that he couldn't find the words to make it click with Bart. "I'm sorry, I kind of figured it out on my own so I don't know how to explain it..."

He sat down and tapped his chin, going over possible explanations and comparisons. "Oh!" He jumped to his feet. "Okay, so when you flex your bicep in the air with no support and you try to hold it still, and your arm slightly shakes? You just have to completely tense up everywhere, and you should start shaking slightly. Then just hold onto that feeling and try and take it from there! Try and feel every part of yourself."

He calmed his voice and backed away from Bart, then looked at the animals. "And yes, they are very annoying. And distracting."
