Who: Meta Knight metaknightly and Pit dafiteison What: Brawl on the roof lol When: After this Where: The roof Rating: PG-13 may escalate into R if we're that dirty :I
Meta Knight drew his sword, tossing his cape back into the snow. It was bitterly cold, but the gesture proved his gravity. He pointed the golden sword at Pit, his own reflection shining in the branches of the blade.
"Come."
He was sure he wouldn't be as powerful in this body. He wasn't sure if he'd be able to overpower Pit at this rate, combined with the biting cold, but he had to do it, and he could not hold back.
Pit wasted no time in closing the distance between them- he boosted himself forward with a jump and a wingbeat and struck- one sword aimed to clash against Meta Knight's, the other at the opponent himself as he swung twice in quick succession.
The strokes carried a different feel to them than they had when he was himself- perhaps because the change had left him just a touch more ferocious in his fighting, or maybe just because he was finally using the swords for something other than training, and giving his all.
As expected- He wasn't as quick as his mentor, of course, but that wouldn't stop him from trying. The flurry of attacks had him on the defensive, however, weapons crossed in front of him to block the blows as he searched for an opening, striking at the first chance he could find with a fierce cry.
Sense Pit's intention, the knight leaped back, gaining distance before stabbing the ground, sending columns of shock waves towards Pit. Knowing Pit was likely to side step, he would use that opportunity to charge.
Shockwaves.. that was something he hadn't seen Meta Knight do before. He leapt off to the side, suspended in the air for a couple seconds by his wings before having to drop to the ground, where he regained a battle stance, blades held sideways against his arms as he readied himself to rush forward again.
He took advantage of Pit's temporary suspension knowing the angel had no experience with his serious side and charged at him, slashing with a wide arc. The move was, of course, predictable, but he hoped that Pit was still not ready from the previous evasion.

"How naive!"
He jumped back and began to attack in flurries, hands moving too quickly for eyes to see.
