Caritas Bar - Open All Night

[It's Anya! She's been there since about eight this morning ensuring all the gift bags are set and all have everything in it. The last thing she needed was to find out one was missing a creepy stacking doll! However since the morning of ponytail and sweatpants she's gone to her room and changed into this lovely number and her hair is wound up atop her head pinned in place with a small crown shaped clip]

Lorne! [have a hug as she moves around the bar without so much as a care] I'm so glad you're at this party.

5:30 ~ 7PM Dinner is Served

[Eliot along with a staff of ghosts and a few townspeople have been preparing food all afternoon and into the evening. It's amazing how difficult it can be to make sure that all the food is cooked, and hot and ready to go when it needs to be for this big of a crowd. The Menu is still the same, with a few minor adjustments, but he's relatively sure that it'll go off without a hitch.

All the servers will make their way to the tables, and serve the guests whichever they request. There is plenty of everything, so make sure to enjoy! Don't forget to save room for dessert!]

[Bruce takes a seat at one of the front tables, as he glances over the menu that Eliot prepared, he assumes it'll all be good, and hopes that his guests will enjoy themselves]

[stands up and gets the chair for Alicia, then mocks going to get the next one for Clark]

I was going to have a small neon light saying "Wayne" but I figured that might be too much.

6:30 ~ 10PM Dessert Buffet is Open

[While the guests have been enjoying their dinner the back kitchen has been a flurry of baking and cooking. The Pie Hole has provided plenty of their featured pies, and all of them are being sliced up to place onto serving plates. Small bites of something sweet are being arranged on trays and while the desserts are being set up on the long white table along the side wall near the patio, others will see some of the tables being moved away from the dance floor as they go up to get their plates full of sweet treats. Everyone assumes this is for later when the Dance Floor will open.

If you head up to the Dessert Buffet here is what you will find!

[ she isn't exactly attending the party itself, but Lana does walk onto the patio while they serve dessert, wearing this ensemble, staying off to the side very close to the stone wall as she glances around and through the large windows to spot him, and she whispers under her breath to get his attention ]

Clark.

Stay away from the patio for a little while. I'm just here to give Bruce a donation.

[ glances to Alicia in the distance before offering a small smile towards Clark and looking down to her phone, quickly tapping out a small text to Bruce while waiting ]

[he looks up and doesn't really smile back, not right away, anyway. It's not really fair that she got all dressed up and isn't going to come in, just because of him. He gets up and goes as close to the window as he dares, close enough to feel a bit of a tingle, and smiles.]

You can come in. As long as we're careful it shouldn't be a problem; it's a big place.

[ looks back up when she hears the muffled voice, straining to properly hear him. There's a moment of silence before she shakes her head ]

9:30 ~ 11pm Dance Floor OPENS to reveal a POOL

[around 9:30 he knows that people are expecting the band to start up something a bit more dance-able, and the party would continue on in a very similar fashion to the one being held next door. However Bruce was watching people picking up their menus and fanning themselves, and even out on the patio the fans don't seem to help keep the heat of late June at bay. Everyone's been dressed up as well, men in tuxedos, and women in their heels no doubt wanting to take their shoes off.

Bruce notifies the staff, and they begin to guide people off of the dancefloor and inform them to make sure that everyone stays off the dance floor for a few moments. While others had been heading to the dessert buffet, tables had been moved as well, keeping them all a good fifteen feet from the edge of the floor, and all the tables were now on the far side of the room. [Delta watches from the side, making sure River doesn't get into trouble. He doesn't enter the pool because, frankly, he has no idea how waterproof he is.]
