The most serious. The last time he was on the loose was back in August, and he controlled some ridiculous percentage of the City Royale. It's kind of a miracle that I'm the only one who died.

Detaining possibly-powered people isn't going to be easy if we're all de-powered.

Hiding here would be pretty easy, too. [Two-Face, Hush...]

It's probably a good idea for people to not explore on their own if they can help it. Or, if they do, only do it during the day. [A pause.] That's sort of common sense, but I figure it's worth repeating.

It looks that way. Legato, at least. But someone is keeping an eye on him, so we should know more soon.
