The directions were inside of it and seemed easy enough. Poor the soap flakes, press a few buttons. It just didn't seem like I'd put enough in there.

So the problem came from however much soap you happened to add? It seems like you must have added quite a bit to cause this much of a mess... How much did you actually put in as opposed to what the instructions told you to do?
