[Flack is not going out in the hail unless he absolutely has to. And so far, he doesn't have to. He walked the dog earlier when the hail was lighter, and now he's sitting in the lobby with the journal, flipping through and trying to keep up

Most of 'em are, but he's a holdover from one of the castle changes.
